My journey to Jesus Christ has been one of faith, perseverance, and growth, much like Matthew 17:20, which reminds me that even the smallest seed of faith can overcome the largest obstacles. As a Greek Orthodox Christian, my faith is rooted in tradition and the teachings of Christ, but my relationship with Him has not always been easy. I often felt emptiness and sought fulfillment in worldly things, yet nothing brought true happiness. Christ taught me that His peace is not constant happiness or sadness, but trust in God’s plan. Despite my struggles, the Holy Spirit convicted me to seek more. I held onto my faith, even when it felt as small as a mustard seed. The first Bible verse I read, the Parable of the Lost Sheep (Luke 15), showed me Christ’s boundless love and joy when we return to Him. I believe Christ is like a tree by a river, bearing fruit in due time. Each day, I remain blessed and grateful for how far I’ve come and will go through Him.
